First Time RV Owner w/ Minnie Winnie

Hey all! Just recently purchased my first RV which is a gently used 2018 Minnie Winnie 25B. Tons to learn as a newbie but after a couple of tethered trips to State Parks I'm cautiously ready to try my hand at dry camping. Seems like the best way to learn is by doing but am always open to helpful advice from you experienced road warriors. Winter coming is another challenge in the near future so I'll be reading a lot of your advice on that process. Looking forward to meeting, learning and sharing with the community. BTW, I'm in Portland, OR.

Welcome to the forum! Lots of great places to camp in Oregon! We’ve been to several places on the coast, Grants Pass, Bend, Sisters, etc. Have fun!

Welcome aboard! We also own a Minnie Winnie, a 2016 27Q (a discontinued model) bought from a Winnebago dealer/RV rental company here in Anchorage, Alaska. We absolutely love it!

In a year and a half we've driven it to the Lower-48 twice with no breakdowns or significant issues. Made quite a few modifications and additions to make things more comfortable, convenient, and safer.

We'd be glad to answer any questions.

The 25B was a wise choice. (Let us know how you like using it). Enjoy. This and other rV online communities have much to offer.
