Buying My First RV. Maybe Minnie Drop WD170S?

Hi. I am wanting to buy my first RV and am looking at a 2016 Winnebago Winnie Drop WD170S - $15,599 (North Bothell). It looks to be in great shape and comes with a ton of things a person would need and have to buy. Pro Series weight distribution hitch with friction control, sway bar, 30 ft. 30 AMP shore power cord plus surge protector, 2 x 25 foot potable water hoses, 50 ft. tank flushing hose, Wheel chucks, 2 sets of leveler pads, All the supplies & tools that you need to be able to jack up the trailer & fix a flat. ADCO SFS Aqua-shed trailer cover.Tekonsha Premium brake controller. Adjustable trailer dolly, 800 lb capacity, just a ton or stuff. The price seems right. The fridge is 4.3 cu ft. I'm concerned that isn't big enough. It has no awning. May or may not be a deal breaker?? I just know that I don't know what I don't know about owning a travel trailer but it seems that this Winnebago would be a good quality rig and that is VERY important to me. What am I not thinking of that's important? I can buy a 2021 COACHMEN CLIPPER ULTRA LITE 17BH for $12,000 but it's not a Winnebago.

Hello Boeing Aviator,
When I look at the Brochure Archive, I can find your Winnie Drop WD170S. Right now, Roy Robinson has only four used Travel Trailers for sale; none of which is a Winnebago. The 2021 Coachmen Clipper Ultra Lite 17BH looks like a different floorplan than the WD170S. Would you mind telling me from whom did you get an offer for $12,000?
Maybe this is too simplistic, but if you like the Winnebago better, I would get it rather than the Coachmen. Because your Bothell trailer apparently has been well kept and equipped, the prices between the two are similar.
Welcome to the Forum.
Thanks, Eagle5

OK, the Dealership in Idaho has a good Google Review Rating (4.7). The Better Business Bureau site is down, so I can't check there too. I just wanted to get a feeling that the $12K offer was from a reputably dealer.
I do believe the fiberglass roof on the Winnebago Trailer would serve you well. Being in Idaho, have you actually examined the Coachmen? One of the big differences between the two certainly could be the cabinetry. Winnebago makes nice cabinets, but I don't know about Coachmen.
