Brand new Winnie owners

Hello All,

We have just purchased a 2018 Winnie Micro Minnie 2108ds. Picking it up on December 4th. My wife and I live in Connecticut and mainly camp in New England. We started trailer camping in a tear drop, had a few trailers since then, now we are excited about our Winnebago.

Kind regards,
Geoff

Congrats! Word of caution. Don't let the dealer corner you and pressure you into service contracts, tire protection, paint protection and such. Or let them suddenly add a bunch of paperwork charges, etc that you've not been made aware off before hand.

Like car dealers - only worse - RV dealers are known to try to earn a lot more profit from the closing of the deal.

Also, when you pick up your RV make them take hours and I do mean multiple hours showing you not only how to work everything but to PROVE that everything is working. It's best practice to not pay for the rig unless all is working properly. Don't let them tell you to go ahead and sign now and they'll fix it later. Experience from thousands of RVers has shown that once you sign the desire to fix things drops dramatically.
