'87 Chieftain in Wild & Wonderful West by God Virginia

Hello all you good look'n Winnie's!

My name is Kyle, 31 and just purchased my first RV and it too is 31... feet long & old

Proud new papa to a 1987 Winnebago Chieftain 31RT, 454 - 7.4L

It was 1- couple owned, no kids, out of Cottage Grove, Oregon. 62k miles, they used it every year for a 10 week trip... they disclosed they did take it on a 24 week trip back in '99

It's going to be my new project... I want to clean it up, keep the original look on the outside, update the interior, add some gizmos & gadgets

I broke her in real quick by getting a hairline crack in the passenger side windshield... probably going to have to get that replaced. Afraid to know what that will cost me?

I joined looking to creep on and admire other Winnie's get vast amounts of knowledge, tips, advice, pointers, etc..... whatever can put the wind in my sail... & get my WINNIE ON

You're off to a good start and a great unit to learn on.
