2020 Winnebago View 24V twin to king fail

Hello,

Just bought a new 2020 24V and the support for the twin to king conversion seems to be too narrow to stay on the support rails and support any weight. We had tested this feature in a 2019 unit and it worked well. We are thinking it is a manufacturing defect. Does anyone else have this problem or a potential solution?

Thanks!
