Hi Richard,
I found this post which discusses the fresh water tank drain valve for your exact year & model. Many find it helpful to access the Owner's Manual on-line, as that way it is searchable. Check-out page 7-9 in your manual for more information.
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks but...

Thanks Eagle5 but that post is for the 22M. The is no "Cabinet door below pantry". The 22R Owner's Manual is very good but doesn't say where the pictured valve is Thats why I posted here I guess I should crawl around underneath to see where is might be

Oops - so sorry.
I would check under the bed; I think it is there.

Eagle5 No wonder you are a Winnebago Master, it was actually in the 22R Owner's Manual on page 84 (7-14). I've learned to look more carefully before going to the forums Thanks again.

Hi Richard,
I don't know if you need to worry about freezing in New Mexico, but just in case, here is how I winterize my 22M using the blow-out method. My neighbor runs the pink stuff through his fresh water lines, and he says it takes a long time to get rid of the taste. I certainly like very clean water, so I only use antifreeze in the traps and to wet the the bottoms of the black & grey tanks.
Is it true that it really isn't new, and it really isn't Mexico?
I must get new jokes.
Thanks, Eagle5
