2014 Vista 35F Slide wiring question

Does the electrical wiring from the slide controller to each motor go up each side of the slide?

Another way to ask. Does the electrical wiring go across the bottom of the slide and then up each side to the slide motor?

It depends. You can look on winnebagoind.com for your particular model and year to see the 12V Body and 12V Chassis wiring installation diagrams and study them by where each slideout is. In my 2015 27N one goes thru a plastic strip on wall across bottom of slide (wardrobe box slide in wall with just bare wall below it, that does not go all the way to the floor). The other two slides go all the way to the floor and I they come up thru the floor on each side.

Not seeing the physical layout of the wiring at the moment but this will get to the drawing for pinouts and indicates each motor has separate wiring to the controller, so I might "guess" that one does go across the bottom? Do you find the controller up on the bottom of the slideout? Maybe some clue there?

The controller is located below the slide inside a compartment.

On a Vista all the controllers are located together behind a removable cover labeled slideout controllers, on mine its on the basement compartment wall right next to the chassis power box compartment and door. There are 4 or 5 wires that go from each motor to the controller, some count motor turns to tell the controller the slide is moving and tell how much, others provide power to the motors and and power to release the brake inside the motor that tries to keep the slide from creeping out when you are going down the road. No separate slide locks on Lippert Side Track Slides. I had to make some of my own out of pieces of 2x4 after long slide started creeping out going down the road after a few years.
