I have a question to you who have same RV like us.
I wonder if the water heater only go by gas och even electric power. I can not find any information about this. // Tom in Sweden

Our Journey works on propane of electric. I mean 110, not 12v. There should be a switch somewhere to turn the 110 on and off as wall as a switch to turn the propane on or off. I could also be your 110v element is burned out and needs replacement. They burn out pretty easy with no water in the tank.
