Winnebago and Camping World ????
On the Winnebago website I saw that they would no longer provide part numbers for owners. The state that you should contact your local Winnebago dealer.
I decided to see who my local dealer was. It did a 50 mile radius search and found CW in Byron Ga. I increased search radius to 100 miles and it found another CW in S. Atlanta. Ok, I increased the radius to 150 miles, it found a CW in N Atlanta. Getting annoyed I increased radius to 250 miles. It found a CW in Chattanooga.
Is only CW servicing Winnebago owners, I had 4 things done a at CW and all was botched.
Sure wish I had a local Winnebago Dealer.

CW and it's owner "the Profit" have continued to fulfill their goal of becoming the Wal-Mart of the RV world. WBGO is like all too many coach builders-they think they gotta go where the volume is. IMO, this is not good for the consumer because this type of consolidation of power does not promote competition and we pay higher prices for sub-standard construction and incompetent service. I'm not happy being so disgruntled, but that is the way I see it. Ed

I quit posting here a few weeks ago but will post this as a service. You can order Winnebago parts from this source. They are friendly to work with and pretty darn efficient.
Winnebago Parts - Parts for all Winnebago motorhome makes, models, and years, including Itasca, Rialta, Eurovan - Specializing in the Renault based Winnebago LeSharo, Phasar, and Centauri Motorhomes
They are called Mobility RV, and are located not far from the factory in Hanlontown, Ia.

I have also experienced their thoughtfulness when a part was no longer stocked but they queried the factory and found one on a shelf there. It took a couple days but by golly they came through.

I stay as far from CW as possible. Prices way to high and very little help.
As for the factory website - little there helps me since my MH is a 1999 and they just don't care about us OLD guys. On the few times I did call them they help me just fine but if they don't care anymore - well possibly when it is time to get my next MH - I won't care either.

Wizard check out Mid-State in Byran they will service most Motorhomes. A few weeks ago a member of our camping club broke down in Americus (2013 Winnebago Adventurer 37F) and got towed to Mid-State, who fixed a hydralic problem. Of course he had to take it to CW in Oakwood to have warrenty work done on a slide recall problem. Dave

Mid-State has a good reputation, as does Appleechee RV in northeast GA. Not sure which will be closer to Milledgeville. Good luck.

I have bought several parts from winnebagoparts.com.
Friendly folks who keep your info on file. May need your vin prior to calling them. Fair prices, and pretty fast delivery.
Course this is parts only.

Don't forget your local Itasca dealer can find and order Winnebago RV parts as all the parts are the same!

Seems to me this has to do with where you live in rural Georgia, I have at least 3 dealers (not CW) within 150 miles of my home in the Minneapolis Area.

We had a good dealer in Georgia until the crash a few years back:
John Bleakley but lost both their locations.
Not looking for parts, looking for service and too many bad experiences with CW
Thinking about trading and dealer service could sway my choice.

You enter the last FIVE digits of your SERIAL number. Should be no problem.

Thanks, I got it. I was entering the last 5 of the VIN by mistake. Had them both saved in my Droid phone on the same note.
