Wind and Weather Maps:

On the old Forum someone posted a thread on Wind Maps which I think is a good idea. At one time I was involved with the Weather Bureau and have some resources that could be of benefit for RVers.

Radar Weather for the US:
https://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php

Wind Map for the US:
Wind Map

Wind Map for the World:
https://earth.nullschool.net

Maps we used for Air Traffic Control.
It takes a while to load but then just scroll
over a city or location and get all the current
weather data.

For wind I found windy.com has a nice application. Not only does it show current conditions it predicts wind (like any other weather app predictions are ahh.. sometimes accurate). It also has weather, rain, clouds, etc. Also a low speed network option if your internet is limited.

Thanks, I didn't know about that one. Added it to my list.

Thanks for the windy.com... That is the best weather app i've ever seen. Gives me the actual pressure iso-bars as well as temps.
