the best bet is rvtrader, ppl, rvt sites, ppl list the sale price of all sales over the past couple yrs. ebay, craigslist will show what people think they are worth, but you never see sale price.

See what local dealers are selling similar vehicles for, and remember they take big cuts between asking and selling. If you can advertise nationally, like here on iRV2, that can help a lot. Look and advertise in the market where you intend to sell.

NADA low retail is $12,570 on a 1997 Sunrise 33RQ. But at 20 years old, condition is much more important than what NADA says.

Yes that's true for the most part BUT...I learned something about one dealer recently and that was MHSRV. If you see a MH on their website and the last 3 digits are 997 it's not negotiable. For example, $59,997 or $82,997 and so on. These are MH's that they usually took on a trade in from a client to upgrade. They gave them pretty much top dollar for the trade in because of their condition. So that 997 price is not negotiable and sold "AS IS". Now I've been of the thinking that "AS IS" always meant bad. But we found our MH at MHSRV just that way and when myself & the inspector went over the MH in a 5hr. inspection, he said, that in all his years he has never seen 4yr. old MH so clean, well functioning. He was amazed at the condition. He said rating this coach from 1 to 10 he'd rate it a 9.5. So "AS IS" I have learned doesn't mean bad, at least in this instance. So they're are dealers that will list their MH's and not take deep cuts.
