Our Sleep Number bed is not responding to the adjustment push buttons. Right control/display will show "--" on pushing a button. Left control/display does nothing. Has anyone seen this malfunction?

We had the same kind of problem with our bed, called comfort aire, explained our problem to the nicest rep and she sent out a new pump and hoses. Funny thing when we got the old pump out and hooked it up it worked fine. In mounting the new one, he decided to mount it upside down to what the original, mainly cause it seemed to run quieter. Ours was mounted in the back of the side drawer beside the bed and it had to be mounted on it's side, rather than sitting flat. We wondered if that was part of the problem with the pump not working. Who's knows..we will use the new one and if it fails, might try mounting it under the bed where it can be flat.

Thanks for the fast responses. I did the master reset, ie power down and up with no changes. Did not realize Select Comfort was open on weekends. Just called them, and a new pump is on the way at no charge. They requested the coaches S/N, but could not find it on their Winnebago list.

You may have to follow up with Sleep Number as it took a few calls to get my pump delivered.
