I have a pristine 36G 2004 Itasca Meridian that I want to sell. What internet sites and/or other advertising venues do you think work best?

I have searched many times for the Journey. My favorites are:

www.rvtraderonline.com/
www.rv-online.com/
www.rvtrader.com/
www.rvusa.com/rvinventory.asp
www.rvclassified.com/
www.rvsearch.com

These are just a few.

Why not list it here on the iRV2.com classifieds as well?

According to the forum list there are 180 folks reading these forums this very minute.

Thanks. I've now listed it at irv2.com classifieds. I also have it on RVtrader.com and on RVSearch.com. Have any of you had experience selling this way? I've always traded before, so don't know quite what to expect.

I have sold 2 rv's and many cars on traderonline. They do cars, boats, rv's etc. I have had good luck w/ them. I usually purchase the "run til it sells" option but I have to let them know every 3 weeks that the vehicle is still for sale. Usually done by email(they notify me) and can be done by phone. For something that expensive, you might consider an RV escrow company. I have never used them but you might want to check into them and see if anyone else has used them. I think they advertise these escrow companies on traderonline. I think you are selling at a good time. The 2 rv's I sold I tried to sell in October (different years) and they did not sell until Feb. and March. You think I would have learned the first time. Good luck and very nice coach by the way. We almost bought an 02 Journey 32T DL last year but decided to stick w/ a 5er and get bunks since we are just starting w/ kids, plus I just can't see getting rid of the Dodge/Cummins just yet.

Good point Donavon, I forgot about that. They are for sure out there. For the cars and various other items I have sold, there are always these scam emails that for one.. have real bad grammar skills, and two.... they always ask for the "last price". Who says last price?? it's usually "how low will you go" or "What is the lowest price you will take". They want to buy it for a friend in another courty and want you to deliver it to wierd places. Bottom line.. be careful and read the warnings.

I think you may have over priced it a little bit, $13.95 Million seems a little much?

But maybe not!
