My running lights flash on and off 2 or 3 times every few minutes randomly. The vehicle is off. The key is not in the ignition and the flashers are off. At the very least I'd like to remove the fuse to stop it.

In our rig, the running lights will work without the key in the ignition, If I activate the headlight switch they come on, so, I’d look there, as the switch may be causing a short (fault).
To save your batteries, you may have to disconnect the negative lead until you can isolate the issue.
