Re-Attach Hood "rubber stop"

When the hood shuts on my 2013 Itasca, it rests upon a rubber stop thats part of a bracket. Like some of the other items in there, it's just dabbed on with some sort of permabond epoxy.

Suggestions? Material? How do you hold that tight so that it sets?

Best bet is to install S.S. bolts and washers to hold them on . Had my cap replaced last year ,and noticed that mine are loose ,so I'll do the bolt thing again as I did with old cap .
