Purchase consideration on 2012 Sightseer 33C

We are looking at a 2012 Sightseer 33C with 48,000 miles priced at $60,000.

Have read about Schwintek slide issues on some forums. Thought I would put this out there. What are peoples experience with the 2012? I'm not even sure what mechanism is used on the 2012 for the large slide yet.

Thanks, matt
