Parts Catalog
Has anyone tried using the online Winnebago parts catalog? I have used it before. It says it supports Windows 10 but when I click on an item it says I need to purchase Cortona viewer. Thanks

The Cortana viewer is usually a free download.

The trial version is free for I think 30 days then you have to buy it. Just curious why the website doesn't work anymore

It's moved to a new web address that's all. And now it works on just about all browsers without downloading a helper app like Cortina. In fact, where it only worked on MS-IE before that is now the only browser it doesn't work on.
This change happened many months ago - perhaps as much as 9-months ago. I forget when it took place. It's been discussed here many times.

Here's the browsers that it works on now:

that's odd, what browser are you using ? I loaded the Cortona2D viewer in 2019 for free and it still works fine with IE11

Huh? There is no login at all. All that you need is to do is visit the site with a browser. PERIOD.
Sounds like you a not visiting the correct webpage.

Whenever I need parts I contact David Straw ( [email protected], Phone: (800) 343-6255) at LichtsinnRV.com. He has been great in helping me order parts as they are only one mile away from the Winnebago factory. Great service!

The best use of the parts catalog is not for buying parts but finding them and what they might be called! If your sales sheet tells you that there is an inverter onboard, it sure is nice to be able to look at the parts catalog and find it!
No login, no charge, nothing special needed except a good attitude that tells you that you CAN do things! Like all things, the website and how to use the info does change.
Time moves on, whether we keep up or not is a personal problem in most cases!

Since every free browser now supports directly it except for Internet Explorer you really have nothing to do but ensure your browser us up to date. You do not need to register or even own a Winnebago Product to access the site which is a great shopping tool to find out more about a Winnebago you are considering purchasing. They even have the original Sales Brochures and Winnebago Operators Manuals on-line available to anyone who cares to look.
Here is the list of Browsers/Versions that Winnebago lists as already supporting the viewer along with the one that does not:
Browser Minimum Version
Edge___________15
Firefox__________54
Chrome_________51
Safari___________10
Opera___________38
Internet Explorer__Not Supported

How come Micro Minnie's aren't listed in the parts catalog? I have a 2108DS and nothing available. Insight appreciated.

Sorry, can't say why things are done the way they are. I just know that the info posted by Winnebago only covers motorized RV.
Possibly they are looked at as less complex as there are fewer electronics involved with no cross connections for the chassis group?

I think the towable line is pretty separate from the motorized line. The factory, staff and even products come from the Sunnybrook purchase in 2010. WBGO actually created a new totally separate subsidiary called Winnebago of Indiana, LLC when that purchase was made.
