Outstanding Customer Support

We purchased a 2015 Vista 35F back in February. We did a pretty thorough PDI and thought we had caught what few things there were. We went for a long stay I Gatlinburg and noticed a few little things and started a list.
Some of the things were chintzy but since they needed to fix a couple of big things and do the recall we added them. The major things were a malfunctioning jack system and a irritating squeeking coming from the dash area. The jacks fix was low fluid so an easy cross off.
After 2 hours they could generalize the area of the squeeking and their best guess is something realating to where the Ford Chassis and Winnebago steel body frame meet. Without question or quibbling Winnebago authorized them the take the dash apart and do whatever they need to to fix it. They also authorized a new decal on the length of the curb side that I was not happy with. I have it back to use until the parts come in. We are a little disappointed with the need to have things repaired so soon, but very happy with Winnebago and their attitude to make it right.
You can't drive these complex houses down the road at sixty miles per hour and not expect problems.

Again, you could not ask for more from Winnebago than the acknowledge mistakes or issues and they willingness to make it right!

Thanks for the post. We all to often read about problems and customer dissatisfaction and it is refreshing to read about positive customer service. I have never owned a coach new enough to be under warranty but I have been to the WGO factory a couple of times for out of warranty repairs and I have always been happy with their attitude and service.

Speaking only from personal experiences and friends who are Winnebago owners, we have always been happy with their service.

And when out of warranty, they perform "good will" repairs at no cost, at least for me and the bunch I travel with.

I guess that was the point of my original post. For the person who may be surfing the internet doing research on what type/brand of MoHo to invest in, I want to throw a positive statement out there about Winnebago. I am guilty of only making noise reference complaints and asking help/advice when I have an issue I am trying to fix. I think sometimes we should give a shout out when things go good too!

I also ordered a 35F ( back in January and took delivery in April). Been to the factory twice after the dealer jerry rigged fixes. I am more than happy with their service and attitude with the numerous repairs we asked them to fix. HIP HIP HORRAY, HIP HIP HORRAY, HIP HIP HORRAY. We had different techs and service advisors each time, guess so with 39 bays.

We are very pleased with our dealer and Winnebago.

Went in for a leak by the hydraulic leveling pump. Tech decided he did not like the sound of the jacks so called the factory. Factory rep came over and agreed with the tech and authrorized new jacks. There were no jacks in stock in Winnebago parts so Winnebago took the jacks out of the production line.

We were on the road the next day. Our dealer is Lichtsinn.

Thanks to Lichtsinn and Winnebago. Being treated like family makes owning a Winnebago a pleasure.
