Hey Davec,
Not bad Partner! I'm going to assume that the performance of those new LED's are SERIOUSLY better than the original headlights, correct? We have an '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the CAT C-7 330HP and I have replaced the original headlights with brand new identical ones and, they're marginal at best. That was years ago. I've been toying with the idea of modifying the headlights or, headlight housings or, the total opening, to accommodate some form of new headlights. I don't drive a heck of a lot at night but, on occasion, yep, it's either at night or in the Weeee hours of the morning and, those headlights just SUCK!

So, I'm interested in your procedure, how you came about the ones you have installed, what your thoughts are on the whole project and all that.
Scott

Hi fire up

So I got some new light housings split them apart then cut away the backs to take the new led projector headlights
Then new lights stick out the back quite alot so I've had to modify the mounting brackets in the rv quite alot and non of the original plugs work so had to hard wire into the harness
The halos run off the side lights
Main projector is main beam and open projector is high beam
There's been a huge amount of tweaking to get it all to fit but the halos on there own are brighter than the previous headlights
