Smile Lazyboy Addition

I have a 2012 Vista T, the front couch was to small for me to nap on, I'm 6', so i pulled it out and added two lazeboy type chairs, they work very nice.

We did the same with our DS a while ago along with a custom built cabinet between them. This was part of a complete interior Reno.
We also removed the Swivel Rocker and replaced it with a TV/Comp Cabinet.

Here is the TV/Comp cabinet. Could not get both to attach at the same time.

I've been thinking of doing the same, but because my TV is up front in the overhead, I would like to be able to turn the recliners toward the front. I've been looking at those Euro Recliners but they are too expensive! Has anyone replaced their sofa with a pair of those rocker recliners you find in the rear of a 5er - the ones that aren't attached and have a round base.

Dennis45 - How did you get those through the doorway?

We replaced the couch with two euro recliners. Were comfortable to set in, but terrible to get out of for an old fat man. Replaced them with two electric wall away Southern Motion Power Recliners. Much better.

We recently ordered and took delivery of a Grand Design Reflection 323BHS fifth wheel.

We deleted the dinette and ordered the SuperSofa option. It's actually a double reclining love seat with a left hand recliner on one side and a right hand recliner on the other.

All 4 are wallhuggers and are in the imitation leather. And they're 12' of the most comfortable seating my fat rear end has ever experienced.

For eating, a folding table was included with the SuperSofa option.

A loveseat with recliners is a valid option vs. two recliners. At home, my recliner is a Hancock and Moore. Unless it's a premium recliner like Bradington Young or a high line Barcolounger, recliners are too often of sub-par quality. My two LazyBoy recliners broke the same day last Summer.

To KD4XR

We also have an overhead TV so swivel recliners were the way to go.

Yep, we went with two LaZboy's, and had a cabinet built across from them with the TV mounted on a lift.

The recliners are delivered in two pieces. The bottom and the back. They fit through the door easily.

Nice work with the TV. Great not having to crane ones neck to watch TV.

That looks great. I especially like the seat belts!

What kind of lift and where did you get it? Do you mind revealing the cost of the lift, not including cabinetry.
