Personally, to the extent possible, I'd plug the things I want to run directly into the Jackery when I want to use them. If you plug your shore power into the Jackery, your converter/charger will use the Jackery to charge your house batteries and, by extension, power all of your 12V circuits as well. This would be an inefficient use of the Jackery's power.
Alternatively, you could plug your shore power into your Jackery just for the short period of time you want to run your microwave or other 120V appliance.
