My husband can't get either side of the dually tires to take air. It's not the compressor because all the other tires took air and these have taken air before. Both duallys have individual extensions to the outside of the rim. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I had that same problem on our MH duals. I changed the air chuck and it worked. The air chuck needs to be able to depress the valve stem. Not all air chucks are the same.

(RVM-14) It is what it is, and then it is what you make of it.

That was it. He tried his brother's tool and it worked. Thank you!
Could you put information in your signature line like others have done. For future items it would be nice to know make, model, etc to be able to help

Wayne is correct. Air chuck is most likely since the problem is more than one tire.
If it was one tire I would suspect the valve core. I have 3 posts on valve core on my RV Tire Safety blog.
