Forest Ciry, Iowa Service Trip

Hi All- We just returned from Forest City, Iowa for minor maintenance. What a terrific experience!! We met so many nice people and the Winnebago employees went out of their way to assist us with all of our repair concerns. Most of our issues were minor; however, we did have a couple of concerns regarding the leveling system, slide, hot water heater, and a tailgate leak. In addition, we had the roof caulking replaced. Our trip to Iowa was coupled with a trip out west. I would highly recommend the detour if you have the time. Winnebago was very thorough and went above and beyond.

We had the same experience last year after our accident . Everyone was kind and helpful and got us repaired in the time frame they said . A + service and staff .

We have been twice, previous WGO rigs … both times experience was very positive. I agree it’s so sad to see the surplus store closed, snagged some really good bargains there.

Also went to Red Bay to the Tiffin facility back in about 2015. Was pleased with the result of repairs/fixes, but quite surprised in how slow and disorganized the process was in comparison to Forest City.

We got up there this last summer..No real reason but just wanted to check out the facility.. We camped at nearby Clear Lake (Highly recommended) and this was another check off our bucket list...everyone was nice and friendly and wished us well on our trip back home

We were there last December for some work. We are 5.5 hours away, yet we wouldn't go anywhere else for service. We had a great experience there.
