I'm a converted griddle fan. Used a Q1200 for a few years but now use a 22" Blackstone Adventure,
Breaks down into 3 pieces, stand, base, and griddle top.
There isn't much you can't cook on a griddle. You can even smoke on a griddle. Go ahead, ask me how. Want to do a meatloafe? Yep, Gives new meaning to shrimp on the barbie. Don't loose any down the cracks. Want to enhance that. Add rice, peas, carrots and make a stir fry, Wanna do fajitas with the meat, onions peppers and what ever all at one time on the griddle.
Clean up takes less than 2 minutes.
Youtube is your friend for griddle cooking.
Which ever you decide, you'll do alright. No one way is every perfect.
