Finding Power Gear Slide Out Parts 2012 Journey 36M

I have a 2012 Journey 36m with power gear slide out mechanism. Two of my 2 inch rollers are missing Winnebago part # 161662-01-703 and need to be replaced. Winnebago no longer has them in stock and they are no longer available. I am looking for two used or find a similar product that will work, find someone that could make me some new ones. We are looking for resources and thoughts.

Remove one of the remaining, take it to a machine shop to have duplicates made. Power Gear is now owned by Lippert Industries.

What type of material would you recommend building the new ones out of?

Not to sound flippant, but the same material as the old used for a model. Mild steel usually. I always want the easiest to replace and cheapest to break first.

I have a 2012 Sightseer 30A Over the years I've lost teeth on the spur, probably 7 or 8 spurs had to be replaced. Did you lose teeth or the entire spur?

I'm not sure if your spur is the same as mine but it looks the same from what I can see. Last time I ordered some from the dealer I didn't have a problem, that was a couple months ago.

I'm not shure why mine were missing. I will watch closely to see what happens to the new ones.
