Your coach looks great and the graphics on the car really are tastefully done. The Chieftan is a handsome coach in any color.

Who did the job?

Thanks for the comments....

The coach was painted by 2 painters, that work at a friends body shop, "on the side", they have been painting vehicles for over 40 years, including show "Low Riders", I live in San Diego, and said they could use some "extra" money, soooooo, we made a deal, and it really came out beautiful, the white, a Brite White, has 4 coats of paint, the Gun metal Gray, has 4 coats of paint, the entire coach has 6 coats of Clear and the nose has 8 coats of clear!! NOTE: Colors are OEM.
The graphics, WE, DW and me decided on, our own PERSONAL design, bought on the web at Vinyl Mania, great people, great prices, beat local prices, 3mil, 5-7 year 3M vinyl. The wife and I DECIDED where to put them and I applied them. Now, that was a job!!!!!! 2 1/2 days!!!

All took 2 months, start to finish, mostly weekends.

All lights replaced with LED, $$$$$$, but WOW, what a difference!!! Now if I could just find some better headlights.

Again thanks, the "Chief" is the last one till "you know when".

The signature picture is what it looked like before.... sucko!!

I just ordered some Hella headlights from Susquehanna Motorsports 610-944-3233. Wil is very knowledgeable and can help you figure out what will work. Their website is: Susquehanna MotorSports - High Performance Vehicle Lighting and Competition Accessories

Well, thanks for the info BUT, at $200.00 a headlight for my RV, that's concern for divorce in the future. Sorry, they are toooooo proud of their lights that I need.

It's possible, I'm competent, cheap, but not stupid!!

David;

Your Chieftain sure looks nice. I am sure you realize I am jealous. I love your toad also. It sure matches better than my red Saturn. The good thing for me is my Chieftain is garaged and my paint and decals look good yet.

Lest you think I'm a spendthrift, I wouldn't pay that much for Hellas either. Our coach has the older style 7" single bulb with hi/lo elements. I think the total was just over $100.

Was that a $100.00 per light or $100.00 for all four???

I have the 4 rectangle headlights, outside are low beam and inside are high beam.

Comments???

I just checked and the total bill was $111.42 for the whole works. That's two 7" round headlamps at $38 apiece and two H4 replaceable bulbs ( I don't remember the price on those). Looking at the website, the rectangular lamps are more pricy, maybe you could replace the just low beams as a start to see the improvement.

Nice job and one of the better matches I have seen. Sometimes the toad ends up looking too out of place but definitely not in your case.

Thanks for all the positive comments, the colors, graphic style, layout, were all seriously thought out, especially with the help of the DW. SHE decided, and I agreed, we didn't want to have tooooo much "busyness", must be a woman word, or color, like it had before; striping, ugly colors, swirles, etc., so actually this was her design, I just applied it.

Note: The signature picture is the way it used to look! :(
