I have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27C P32 Workhorse chassis with the GM 4L85e transmission. After a recent trip, it sounds like mechanical fan rub when in park. Tomorrow I want check my motor mounts. Has anyone had to replace motor mounts like my configuration? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Does not sound like a motor mount and if it was one then it would be most noticeable when going from reverse into first gear. Usually a rear mount as it takes most of the stress from the transmission. The fan may be lose on the shaft or it could be a prelude to a water pump failure.
