B, B+ and C

This is hardly a really serious issue, but I came across this article about Class B, B+ and C RVs. Since it was from RVLife I thought it might be interesting to read.

https://rvlife.com/class-b-motorhome/

Essentially it is an article that claims to specify the differences between Class B, B+ and C RVs. I know this has been discussed over and over on various forums, but I think this article is the first that I have seen that says that what truly defines a C from a B+ is the cab-over bed. If it has one it is a Class C. If it does not, then it is a B+, while I had always assumed it had to do with the chassis the RV is built on.

Is this a common view?

I've always thought of it as a pretty flexible thing that folks who deal with the question all the time can work out. I just don't really care much what class it is called by sales folks as I have to look at the darn thing anyway! But that definition seems to make as much sense to write about as any other I've heard.
But it does kind of make me wonder if that was the most important item on their mind for that day!
