Aquahot Diesel Burner Cutting Out

Good evening. My Aquahot 450D system has been running well, but now when I turn on the diesel burner it turns off after about 20 seconds. I have checked the boiler fluid and it looks fine and full of fluid. It almost sounds like a pump is trying to pump, but nothing is happening. Could I have air in the system?

Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

Aqua hot 450D

Did you recently have your Aqua serviced? Mine worked fine until I had it serviced, when I tried the diesel burner it would light for about 15 to 20 seconds and turn off. Tech replaced the diesel burner module with a test unit and it worked just fine. Sent the original unit to Aqua hot factory for testing and it was determined that the module was working as designed. Dealer installed returned unit and appears to be working, conclusion from Aqua hot factory that a loose or improperly connected plug was most likely at fault. I would suggest that you contact Aqua hot directly, they are most helpful and will walk you through some troubleshooting. Good luck.

Have you ever used the Aqua Hot after winterization?

Make sure you have enough fuel. In some cases they will cut out if fuel is low to leave enough driving range.
