Anyone Recognize This Tool?

After I purchased my used 2002 Adventurer, I found a tool in one of the basement units that I don’t recognize, and can’t find any use for. Does anyone know what the tool in the picture is, and what it’s purpose might be? Thanks for any help.

Thank you, Chris. My tow bar is a Blue Ox, but I have a good friend that has a Falcon tow bar and he doesn't have a release tool. I'll pass the tool along to him.

Yeah, me too...or I would have asked you for it.

Funny, I didn't know right off what it was, but it looked familiar so I started googling and searching images and it dawned on me and sure enough. Neural traces... LOL
