This will probably get moved to the Winnebago forum. With that said, my Vista 35B is 36'4". It is a bunkhouse with a bath and 1/2, and I have been very happy with it. While it is a 2013, it is an early model so it is on a 2012 chassis.

I have a 2013 Vista 35B as well. I love having the bath and 1/2 with kids or guest to use. I looked a ton of MH's abd options......just find the floor plan that works for you. Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the build and the materials used.

One of the things we like most about our bunkhouse also makes it somewhat of a pain. While it's normally me and DW, we will take the three grandchildren on a vacation at least once a year. When we don't take the grandchildren, the bunkhouse serves as a very good storage area where clothes and miscellaneous items can be laid out. The blessing to the bunkhouse is that the kitchen does not have to be set up/broken down to change between sleeping and eating. The bath and 1/2 is where the pain can be. The 35B has two dump locations (2 black & 2 grey tanks) for the bath and 1/2 (the non-bunk 35F only has one and the two baths are connected by a macerator). The problem is that when it's just me and DW, we still have to use both dump locations. The shower is tied to the rear tanks and the kitchen sink is tied to the center tanks. So unless we give up showers or washing dishes, we still have to dump from both locations. Our compromise is that when it's just us, we only use the rear bath for the showers, and use the center bath for any toilet duty. This way, at least the rear dump doesn't get soiled with the "bad stuff". However with all that said, we are still very happy with our 35B!

we have a 37.5 Winnie Adventurer 2013. Looked at alot of MoHo's. Athe quality is good, furniture is very nice, seemed much more comfortable than anything else. handles very well (added steer safe and rear trac bar) very long term liveable floorplan --King bed with bath and a half. Owned an Itasca before and just like the way winnie does most things.
