4L85e erratic 1 to 2 trasmission shifts

Hello,
I have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27C P32 Workhorse chassis with the GM 4L85e transmission. My unit has roughly 74,000 miles on it. When the transmission shifts between 1st and 2nd it is rough and erratic.I have changed both A and B shift solenoids, transmission fluid, and filter. Could this be a bad transmission speed sensor? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim
