2201 DS slide problem

Hello to All, just purchased new to us, 2201ds Minnie. Slide worked fine at lot where purchased. We are in campground in Hot Springs. While putting out slide seemed to twist a little. More out on one side than other. Called the lot and was told to bring in as far as able. Now go out a touch then in a touch. Then do this four times to sync motors. I did and then it went out ok. Has anyone had a problem like this and was salesman correct. Never heard of this. Have had two other trailers. But never this problem. Solutions and help please. Thanks

Yep, that is a solution for Lippert slide. I had similar problem 2 years ago and that fixed it. Make sure to extend/retract fully and hold switch in that position a few seconds after it stops.
