2016 Sunstar: Paint bloom/blush/whatever

I've owned this vehicle about a year and a half. The main thing that drives me crazy about it is a whitening of the paint; can't remember the exact term but it's like a bloom or blush condition. In the enclosed pics, that's not glare over the headlights - it's white. Same thing just below the windshield.

Is there ANY product or process that gets rid of this for more than 2-3 months? I really don't think I'm supposed to redo this 4-5 times a year!

So far, I've used Meguiars polishing compound, a finishing compound, Griot's perfecting cream, NuFinish, Meguiars Gold Class wax, and who knows what else. I've tried hand application, machine application and removal, etc. When I'm done, it looks pretty good and is slicker'n snot.

Good if you can find a real solution and I fully admit that I do not know what it is called but for me, I found it when I moved South and have been simply calling it fading from being in Texas! Have heard that things are bigger in Texas and just assumed that meant the sun as well?
