13 reasons you will regret an RV in retirement
I don't agree with the premise at all, and of course there are links in the article stating just the opposite.
It came through on an MSN newsfeed - almost like clickbait.
But the article does have points to ponder for those considering full-timing.

Click bait.
RVs are expensive, use a lot of gas/diesel, are too big for parking spaces and sometimes need repairs. Oh, and if they are new they lose a lot of value when driven off the lot. I don't really think that any of that is news to anyone who either owns or plans to buy an RV.
Typical MSN news.

Mike... this article is not from "MSN News" - it's from Kiplinger magazine and it's every well labeled as being from Kiplinger.
Perhaps you might more correctly label it "Typical Kiplinger news."

Yes, I saw that when I read the article. But the OP said it came in on an MSN newsfeed so that was the source for the recipient. MSN chooses to what to post and what to not post so it seemed reasonable to me to label it as MSN news.
If you prefer I could say Typical MSN posting from third party ...

More than a year ago, I posted a well-received article on Quora discussing the pros and cons of selling a house and moving into an RV, which I believe is more "balanced" than the mostly negative points in the Kiplinger article. Here is a link to the article and the subsequent questions and answers: https://qr.ae/TiY3wH

I don't give a flip what some media souce says … we bought a class A diesel as a retirement home in 2003, yes, with monthly payents … finally settled into a stick house in 2011 and still are on the road in the same RV about half the time. No regrets whatsoever.

msn. Micro Scopic Neurons. Its impossible to think or see anything clearly or honestly or fact based when your brain cells are small. Some of those employees should probably be receiving some assistance as they fall into the " challenged" category. JMHO.
