Groupee "updated" our software recently and that has caused many members to have chat room problems.
In many cases there is no clear answer to the member's problem.
I'm still on the old version of Flash and I haven't had any problems.
Some have found their anti virus program is causing the problem.

I had to shut down my Internet security to get into Chat. I finally removed my Trend Micro and installed Semantec Endpoint. Everything worked fine now. If anyone that has the latest version of Flash still can't get on Chat test your security program and see if that helps. You may have a conflict with your security. I would recommend shutting down your email program before turning of your Internet security for the test.
