Well I'm trying to get on the chat line tonight and all I get is a little black box and a small outlined bos next to it. Any-body know what I'm doing wrong??

Recently while traveling to CA I tried to get on the chat using a WIFI connection and I could not get on. I believe it depends on the quality and speed of the connection. It works good at home, I have high speed cable.
