Canada

At least you can travel freely for the most part. Consider that a blessing. If you're an RVer from Canada you can't do anything but wait for the government and experts to make their next poor judgement call on what to do about the dreaded virus. So far everything they've done has been too little too late, just plain wrong, or one way one day and the opposite way the next. Some of us haven't got years ahead of us to get back out there and do what we like, which is traveling the continent, seeing different new things, and meeting other like-minded RVers. It's criminal how badly it's been handled up here. They don't see the big picture, just their own little piece of the puzzle, and they don't seem to be able to make any of the pieces fit. If they don't stop abusing the people soon, I fear it won't end well for anyone. Take care my American friends. God bless you all.

We feel your pain. We have Canuckistan friends who have not been able to travel to visit.

I don't understand how people can crowd an airplane and fly back and forth from Canad to the U.S., but a vehicle cannot cross the border. Just doesn't make any sense to me. Especially considering how many are crossing our Southern Boundaries.

Complaints about border restrictions effecting your RVing is fair game.

Making political statements is not. Keep your comments non-political or the thread will be closed.

The reason the border is still closed to "non-essential" traffic is purely political (as Wayne M pointed out), when the politicians are the ones deciding arbitrarily what is, and isn't, allowed to cross, IMO. Is there a category on here for this type of topic? If not go ahead and close it, so it will match the border. I'm just fed up with it, and powerless to do anything about it, and that's the hardest part to deal with. Sorry for bringing it up, and for "hijacking" the other thread.

There is no place here for political posting. There are zillions of political forums of all kinds for you to enlighten everyone with your political opinions. But not on this RV forum.

Since by your own admission this thread is 100% political I have closed the thread. Next time you want to express your political opinions please refrain from doing so here.

Thanks
