“Thermostat - HVAC VOLTAGE LOW”

I have a 2020 ERA. When I try to run my AC while on shore power or with the generator running I get the above message on the thermostat screen of the main control panel. The AC does not run despite though the screen says it’s running despite the warning message. The circuit breaker has not been tripped. My van is still under warranty however I’m traveling so getting the unit to a service dealer is inconvenient. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.
