Refrigerator drain tube

The drain tube for my 3 way refrigerator was dangling in the access panel. The tube has a warning label that says it has to be routed through the floor. I resolved the issue by running the tube through a louvre in the door. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It’s a 2021 1808FBS if that makes a difference.

Just make sure you have about 3/4 of an inch hanging out and you should be okay.

Also make sure you have some type of screen over the end of the tube. You do not want that to become a home for flying things.
