Norcold not switching to Propane

I have a 2016 View with original Norcold refrigerator. I’m not sure of the model number. I recently had the LP refilled. The servicing tech appeared to lack RV experience. I had to turn off the master LP shutoff at the panel when he completed service.

My Norcold refrigerator will Not switch to propane? The range top, however, will ignite so there is propane to the coach.

Instead, I get a continuously flashing display with a “wrench” and number 10. I’ll try to attach a short video/photo.

Any ideas on why my Norcold is not switching to propane?

As a first step, have you tried relighting it to cycle things a few times to clear any air in the line. We do run into this as the first trip of the year at times. We may have to go back and light it 2-3 times before it stays on.

What could /might be happening is it tries to light but gets air so thinks it failed but if you clear the air, it then may get gas?

First thoughts sometimes work!!!
