Norcold Fridge Hinge Repair

I have a N8LX norcold fridge that I wanted to add the N8 Door Hinge Retrofit to the existing hinge. The 1st step is to remove the door from the fridge, I cannot see anyway to remove the door. On older models the hinge is easily accessed and the door is removed. The hinge on this model appears to be enclosed in the frame is such a way as to not be accessible.

Anyone with experience with this model of fridge?
