Am I correct that it's not working on LPG now that you're on level ground but it is working on shore power? If so, having previously parked on a slope wouldn't be an issue now since it works on shore power.

There's one step in which the troubleshooting chart says to verify that the LPG pressure is at 11" WC (water column). This takes some special equipment to do but here's a link to an IRV2.com thread that has a photo of what the flame should look like along with some things to do if it doesn't look right:
