norcold 3150 LCD on 2017 Navion

my norcold n3150 refrigerator has a curved front LCD display that is not showing any information. The unit works but I cannot tell what the temperature is or change power options. Does anyone know how to check the LCD board, The power board or any other items that might be causing this issue. I hate to just start buying boards until it is fixed. Also, does anyone know of someone that rebuilds these boards?

Sorry I can’t help more. Perhaps it’s just a loose connection? Have you contacted Norcold support?

I have exactly this problem. Did you find a solution?

my coach battery disconnect was not working either. Once I located the solenoid and breaker under the PASSENGER seat, I reset it and lcd started working.

THANK YOU! Resetting the house battery switch fixed the problem.
