Norcold 1200 Lo DC error

Hello. I have a 2000 Winnebago Chieftan with a Norcold 1200lrim fridge/freezer. Have had it for 6 years with no problems but recently the fridge displayed a “lo dc” fault when I attempted to turn it on. I did some troubleshooting with no resolution: First checked the house battery voltage at 14.4 V. But no voltage at the input to the power plug to the norcold 1200 power board. Cleaned all connections and reset the breaker switch. House batteries work on dc when not connected to ac power. Does this mean I have a bad inverter?

Check for blown fuses if your battery is 14.4 volts your are plugged to 110 un plug and check voltage in about 1 hr should be about 12.5 volts I believe inverter changes 110 to 12 volts 110 volt power plug and 12v are 2 different circuits I believe there is a fuse on the 12v refer circuit board
