If your blend door operates off vacuum, just check to see if you have a leak on the end of your vacuum hose... clip it off... reattach it... and you are good to go!

I will continue to look for vacuum leaks but, I have identified one or two vacuum actuators and they operate very well and hold suction even after motor being off for a while .

For my knowledge. What’s a “blend door”?

Just as a headsup thought, when the tubing begins to get hard and snaps when you fold it, it may be a time to just go full blown and replace all you can get to easy. When one breaks there is a good chance another one will the next trip so for the price of tubing, I like to do it all at once to avoid losing air or something that I really want.
