Ice Maker

We have a 2007 Voyage with Norcold 4 door frig/freezer with ice maker that loves to make stalactites! It makes cubes but also seems to pour out more water that turns the ice into a solid block in the bin and stalactites from the maker to the shelves.

Is this a simple fix? Can we do it ourselves?

Thanks for the help!
