Greystone microwave convection oven

A dealer replaced my microwave with a convection microwave oven and there seems to be no owners manual. Searched on line and can’t find the Greystone company nor a manual. Anybody have a manual they would care to share?

No User Manual Result for Greystone, but the Model Number for the Galanz is very similar, and it does have an on-line manual.
Greystone D100N30ASPRIII-B5-FR01
Galanz .... D100N30ASPRIII-H3-FR01
Does this seem to match your oven?

Eagle5, this is remarkably close, so better than what I had. Thanks for the research and the link.

Here's an even closer one - it's a "B5" model rather than the "H3" in the previous link.

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/15...0aspkr-B5.html

The "H3" was a regular microwave, while the "B5" is the Convection/Microwave.

That is the manual which came with our Vista. Not the best manual IMHO, but enough to get it to work.

It looks like an appropriate manual may have been found, but I wanted to throw in my 2cents.

We had the Winnebago install a convection microwave in our 2016 Minnie
Winnie 27Q. Unfortunately it didn't come with an owners manual. I can't remember the brand name right now, but it was something similar to Hot Point.

After a lot of internet searching the DW found one from Cuisinart that looked identical to the new one and it worked well.

One must ask why Winnebago can't do better in this regard? Agreed they don't build the microwaves, but can't they ensure suppliers at least include an operating manual?

Agree. If you look at my current post about my front shade, I found that the manual for the shade was for an older version of the shade that I did not have installed. Made figuring things out difficult that ultimately got resolved by calling MCD.

Yea, it has been found

Here it is. Many thanks to all who helped. Especially creativepart who found who distributed the unit. Their customer service department responded over night.

You can apparently order them and leave a review in these two places:
- https://www.wayinterglobal.com/produ...tainless-steel

It doesn't look like they allow you to register the product for their warranty.

Thank you for uploading the manual, it's still not really available online otherwise.

I need to read up about mine making a high-pitched humming sound after only 3 months of light usage...

Let us know how well your Greystone convection microwave oven works. I have one that works okay on microwave but is useless as a convection oven. It gets hot and the internal fan blows but it burns the top of the pizza and the bottom is uncooked. I've done all the preheating and used the various trays and grids that lift the cooking item but it didn't help. Eventually we bought a countertop toaster oven that works beautifully.

"Convection" oven is really a misnomer. It is actually just a 120VAC electric oven with a fan to circulate hot air.
That said; these convection ovens require a wire rack to hold the food at a per-determined level for proper food cooking. Your unit should have came with at least one wire rack for this purpose.
Depending on the type food being prepared, the wire racks have legs for 1",2, 3" and 4" above the carousel plate.
This will explain better than I; https://www.whirlpool.com/blog/kitch...e-cooking.html
