Dashboard AC/heater control panel

Looking for suggestion on how to remove the AC/heater control panel out of a 02-Winnebago Adventurer, without tearing the whole dash apart.

Why do you want to remove it?
If something wrong with air flow it's not necessarily the control panels fault.

Want to replace the switch along with all the lines. Mine is sandwiched between the dash cover and a black medal plate.

Often the problem is that the hard plastic emissions tubing they use splits along the seam from the extrusion die. You can get the plain black emission tubing and some rubber vacuum hose that it fits tightly inside of to replace just the bad sections. On those coaches its usually just the tubing along with the rubber connection to the accumulator tank behind the frame rail in the front of the coach that fails and causes the dash to go into its default limp mode of defrost or perhaps mixed defrost and heat. There is usually no need to replace the entire control valve assembly unless it got beat up trying to force it. That brightly colored plastic tubing is very prone to turning to dust from being exposed to even moderate amounts of UV light. You may find the blue and yellow lines under the hood split open along a good portion of their length right up to the point where they go through the pan and into the dash.

After rechecking all the vacuum lines with a vacuum gauge and checking leak down, took it out on a road test and ALL was good!
