AC Climate Control Head

I have a problem with the climate control head, (Unit with three switches that regulates AC, fan speed and temperature) on my 2001 Winnebago Adventurer.
Does anyone know the part number or the model of the Ford vehicle that used this climate control head? I am having a hard time finding a replacement.
